Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after your order is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing times may be longer during holidays or periods of high order volume.

Estimated Delivery Time

Shipping and delivery estimates vary by product and destination. Our products are made to order, so delivery includes both production and shipping time. Any estimates provided are approximate, not guaranteed delivery dates. Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different dates.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment and depend on the items in your cart and your delivery address.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as severe weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
